The immune system consists of several barriers:

  • Mechanical barriers like the skin and mucosa.

  • Chemical barriers such as saliva, semen, and menstrual secretions.

  • Biological barriers involving immune cells that produce antibodies.

When the body is under stress, these defenses weaken. However, adequate sleep, rest, and a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains strengthen immunity and help lower entropy.

A Global Health Crisis

Modern healthcare is facing a crisis not because of medical limitations, but because people refuse to take responsibility for their own health. Instead of making lifestyle changes, most expect a quick fix — a pill for every problem.
But medication alone cannot reverse entropy. Healing requires self-awareness, discipline, and a conscious change in how we live.

A Lesson from Delhi: Entropy and Lifestyle

In 2004, I visited my friend Iqubal in New Delhi. At 5’4” and 250 pounds, he suffered from diabetes, high blood pressure, and chest pain. His diet was rich in salt, butter, alcohol, and meat, and he depended on multiple medications.
I told him his diseases were self-inflicted. Later, I introduced him to a poor laborer named Tony, who worked under the sun with his wife and child. Despite their modest life, they were healthy, happy, and full of energy.
The contrast was striking. My wealthy, sedentary friend was in a state of maximum entropy, while the laborer, with physical activity and peace of mind, lived in harmony with his body.

Reversing Entropy

Reversing entropy is not complicated — it starts with exercise, low-salt diets, mindfulness, and faith in the divine energy within us.
Many people believe exercise drains energy, but the opposite is true. Physical activity increases oxygenation, enhances metabolism, reduces stress, and promotes sound sleep.
Most importantly, it improves sexual vitality, renews self-confidence, and restores cellular balance.

The Path to Healing

True health is not just the absence of disease — it is a state of spiritual and physical harmony. Reducing entropy is about realigning with nature, love, peace, and self-awareness.
When we honor the divine force within us through mindful living, our cells regain balance, our mind finds clarity, and our body restores its natural vitality.
